Yes, because when i was in school, our classrooms were over crowded. Study's have proven that there should only be 15-20 students per teacher for a maximum learning level. We had about 35 kids on average per day :(

There is no way that a child is given the level of learning that he is capable off in a group. Only way to do that is to have a personal teacher.
