Northeastern Ontario is a big place and there is all kinds of "farmland". Prices vary greatly from area to area. Best advice is to call a local real estate agent. They will be glad to help you with the information specific to your immediate area. You can also watch the real estate listings in your local newspaper to get an idea as to the worth of farm acreage in your area.

Good luck with your real estate endeavors.
