Pyscho was a good one of it's time. They filmed in black and white so they used chocolate syrup for blood.

Any Three Stooges movie. Violent, you bet. But still the funniest stuff around, and any clip you pick will have the audience laughing out loud. Where else could you find a movie that will have people laughing at someone being hit over the head with a sledge hammer.

any of the godfather movies or movies by Scorcese shows violence - also Clockwork Orange is a classic movie that is violent and also makes a bold statement on violence by trying to cure the main character in the movie of his violent personality. there must be some "al capone" type movies from the 50's or 40's that show violence.

Some of the gangster films of the 30s might help.
You could do the Wild Bunch from 1969 or so
Reservoir Dogs is a good one as well and for something stunningly graphic, "irreversable", but that is very disturbing

'the public enemy' with james cagney is great! he smashes a grapefruit into a woman's face. and if you can find it, another cagney movie called 'lady killer'. he drags a woman out of his apartment by the hair!
and really, if you check out really old stuff like some of charlie chaplin's short films there's violence against women. don't know why i'm picking that type of violence, other than it's the most deplorable one i can think of that was prevalent in old movies... other than racism, which is horrible, too.
check out DW Griffith's 'birth of a nation'. it's set right after the civil war and the KKK are the HEROES!! they beat up, kill and run out of town all the 'darkies' from the union army.
otherwise check out ANY old gangster movies with cagney or edward g. robinson. bogart, too.

Yep, carry contained in the custom Police. No, in case you imagine some thing incorrect then honestly communicate about it. i'd say, "howdy, this educate is crap. not one of the characters are better than 2-dimensional, each and each and every of the adult males are fat bumbling dads, each and each and every of the ladies are continually proper yet they are really annoying, and wait! There are shows with honestly first rate characters that shall we watch! enable's watch criminal Minds." Is that fairly too problematic that you'll draw close? and that i'm fantastically constructive previous video clips have a similar difficulty. adult males could be killers to be adult males, females could stay contained in the kitchen, the ambiguously gay characters die... maximum television shows suck, and that is as a results of a sucky formula. stop observing crappy sitcoms.
