You HAVE to speak to a lawyer. BIG TIME.

First perjury is a serious crime, you will most likely get a fine, but jail time is not out of the question.

Second, if he was found guilty but plead innocent then when you come clean he could easily go free. The fact that he plead guilty means he admitted to the crime, whether or not you lied in the view of the court no longer matters a guilty confession is what they want.

You need a lawyer, because what you do next may have serious consequences for both of you.

First off, why on earth would you lie about such a thing? Do you realize now since he plead guilty it is possible no one will believe you now! How could you do such a thing?? At the very least, the judge could fine you. Oh my goodness I am so angry I don't know what to say! My son's father got away with showing him pornography because in Texas it isn't against the law for a parent. I would never have lied to get him into trouble no matter how angry I was at him for what he DID do. Girl, you will be lucky if he doesn't take that boy away from you for this. You better get right with Jesus, you will need Him in the near future!

you will be charged with perjury....but since you came around....you might get a lighter sentence....How can you do something like that? Do you know the ramifications of your lies?
He will have to register as a sex offender for life!!!!! What you did was outright cruel and heartless.
As for me...if I was wrongly accused of something like that, not even torture would get me to confess! You are evil....really, I mean that honestly!

Besides it being a very dirty act on your behalf, his fellow prisoners will look at him as scum of the earth. He will be in danger every day he is in prison.

Nothing will happen because you will not be believed. Spouses especially recant when they see what happens and this is why states charge spousal victims of violence. Your recantation now will mean absolutely nothing. I hope you are proud of yourself.
