No. Manatee is Dragon's friend. Zombie Manatee would not scare Dragon. Dragon would help Zombie Manatee find a cure for being a Zombie Manatee.

i would get scared if I see a zombie, I don't care if it's a manatee, a cat, a dog, a person or bush, that would freak me out totally!

No. Manatees are slow enough as it is. In zombified form they'd be even slower. Plus, they are herbivores so they would not have a need to eat my brain.
