Celebrate by taking her to a nice dinner. Or, just do something simple, like clean the house, just to make things a little easier on your wife.
Congratulations on the baby news!

Let her know you will be there no matter what. Wait on her hand and foot. Take her out to celebrate or stay in and make a romantic dinner. If she doesn't already have the book, "What To Expect When You're Expecting" go ahead and get it for her along with some flowers and a card. Above all else, help her fulfill her cravings!!

Foot massage, telling her how much you love her, allowing her to have moods without taking them personally, understanding that her body is going through so much right now and if this is first pregnancy, understand that she also does not have a clue when her hormones go kaflooie. Make tender, gentle love to her as often as you can WHEN she can. Be aware that this is the most wonderful beginning of your life. Being a father is the most wonderful, fulfilling thing you will ever accomplish. My sons are in their thirties now, but the thing I miss most about their babyhood and youth is how they smelled. I love my boys and my wife more than life, itself. You are so lucky. God bless you and have such a happy life.

Oh how sweet!
Fix her a nice dinner and maybe massage her feet (mine killed me during pregnancy.
If you are looking for a gift and she likes jewelry, get her a really nice ring with the birthstone of the month that your little one will be born. It is something that she will alwasy be able to look at and remember how exciting it was to find out you were expecting.
Good luck and congratulations!!!!!

Be happy. My husband walked around in a daze grinning like a fool for 2 weeks after we found out we were having a baby. He could have spent more money, he could have done something huge, he could have got flowers - none of it would have meant anything compared to that goofy grin! :D
Congrats, and good luck!

When I first became pregnant....I was always tired and didnt feel like cleaning or cooking! Cook her a nice, romantic meal or clean the house. Afterwards, watch a favorite movie or something relaxing!

Anything! A handful of flowers, a nice dinner at a restaurant. You're so nice to think of this!

Pamper her, do things around the house to allow her to rest, make dinner or go out to a restaurant.

get some card and get them all ready for your family and friends and ask her if she would like to deliver them together she will love to know that you are as happy as she probably is and it will show that from the very beginning you are going to be helpful to her with the situation and later on don't forget the foot rubs and scalp massage

Take her to a spa, or out to a romantic dinner and movie!
OR, most guys refuse to buy baby clothes this soon, so take her out and offer to buy a bunch of baby clothes with her!
I'd love that if I were in her shoes!
