Well, first you should ask yourself what was lacking in the relationship to make distrust them enough to go snoping through their phone in the first place...once you answer that, I would sit them down and let them know what I've found...I don't know what kind of explination you can gain from something like that...but at least you've given them a chance to explain themselves. I think you'll probably do best cutting your losses and moving on. Obviously their was a lack of trust from the beginning and your findings do nothing but reinforce what you probably already knew in the first place.

Obviously you have a gut felling that your partner is hidding something hence why you are looking at their phone. You find what you suspected, why hurt yourself further.
I would tell my partner that I had the feeling something was not right, and right or wrong checked the phone. I would go into detail as to my findings and wait to hear what the response is.
Then end the relationship and be glad I caught them out... moving onto the next!!! Obviously it hurts but why should you let someone play with your emotions, value yourself.

Wait until your partner has agreed find out through the text messages where they are meeting then confront your partner at the meeting. they will not be able to lie because you have caught them.

C.) Find out where it's taking place and when and then show up. That way you can't be lied to at all.
PS, the relationship is over no matter how you look at it. Keep that in mind. You don't trust this person and clearly you have good reason. Go find someone who you can love completly.

I think I'd follow them, see for myself what happened. Possibly take a picture. Yeah.. I'd follow them. Undercover. Like Cheaters. Then I'd innocently ask what they'd done that day and see how they look when they lie. How easily the lie came.
Of course, it would be over, but I'd like that solid proof so when they lied and tried to twist things around and deny it, I wouldn't fall for it.
