When it comes to propety tax, how is it that we have a Constitution that say..."all people will be....equal protection...", and allows someone to have an assessed value on thier property and another who has the same exact property to have an assessed value that is 10X more. The Courts have said this is legal....why??

There's nothing in the proposition that refers to houses being valued 10x more than others... the county assessor's offices are responsible for assessing the value of each property and this only happens at particular times, such as when selling the home or making major changes to it, so homes that could sell for the same amount may be assessed differently.

Very valid point, the tax and spenders, after a mandate by the people, have created the most unconstitutional system of taxation ever devised, but it is the sacred cow, the fatted calf of city's and counties, and they will spend billions keeping that very issue out of court, now that their toady judges have pulled 13's teeth.
