Karlovy Vary and Mariannske Lazne in the Czech Republic are very good.easy to get a cheap flight to Prague and prices are pretty good when you get here!

Bad Saarow in East Germany, an hour's train ride outside Berlin, is very good value. The new thermal baths are impressive. Berlin is a hub for budget flights, so it's also easy to get to.

i suppose its karlovyvary in czech republic it must not be expensive
