Yes, he deserves it, he has caused so many people to loose their lives and familys to loose loved ones just so he could get back at Sadaam since his daddy couldn't do it the first time.

You don't understand the rules of war. During a war, those who captured fighting or supporting the enemy are detained until the end of the war so that they don't return and do more damage.
Nazis who were captured by the US were not freed until after WWII.

First of all, you're clueless. These bastards get three meals a day, eight hours of sleep, and all the religious prayer time they need.
