You may find some information at:

It is for breast-feeding after breast reduction but it has some info on what surgeries are better than others and I would think some of the concepts remain the same. Also I am sure there are other moms and lactation consultants there that would have information for you.

Personally I would wait till after breastfeeding is done for a boob job, because otherwise you will just need another one ;-)

I am pretty sure that it doesn't affect breast feeding at all. The mammary glands are those that produce the milk, and adding an implant still allows them to work properly to my knowledge. However, the shape and "sagginess" of a breast is usually affected by the milk coming in and then stopped being produced so I would say wait until you are done having kids to have them fixed once and for all.

If you are young at it's a long way off, talk to your surgeon. I am almost 99 percent sure there is no problem. Only scare is that it's harder to detect breast cancer. Good luck!

I had a friend who breastfed for ages but I didn't know until recently that she'd had a boob job years ago, so I would say yes you can.

Yes, often times you can. The implants are inserted behind the milk ducts, making the front of your breasts just as normal as before surgery. It can diminish your milk supply though, and not everyone can nurse after a boob job.

yes you can but you'd be better off having boob job AFTER breast feeding as they will droop like spaniels ears after breast feeding, not a pretty sight I'm afraid.

Depending on how they did your surgery, yes.
You may or may not be able to establish a full supply, depending on if you had damage to the milk ducts with the surgery.
Many celebs like Pamela Anderson have breastfed after having implants.

Yes depending on how they are put in you can still successfully nurse. I would wait until after you have kids to get one though because with the pregnancy and nursing really take a toll on them and you will need another one again.

Depends what the implants are made of i think. If you do decide to breast feed you won't need a boobjob.

As long as you don't have your nipple removed and sewn back on you can. No point in having one done before you have children because they will probably droop! Then you'll want them uplifting!!
