I think it's kind of cute. I'm not real big on naming a kid after a country, city, etc...what if they go visit there one day?
Italie Anabel
Italie Paige
Italie Rose
Italie Reese
Italie Meadow
Italie Trista
Italie Brooke
Italie Autumn
Or how about an Italian Middle Name to go with the Itailian First Name (most female Italian names end in A):
Italie Alessia
Italie Aurora
Italie Celeste
Italie Evelina
Italie Francesca
Italie Ida
Italie Ilaria (ilaria)
Italie Rachele
Italie Rosanna

Is your child Italian? If so, that would be a nice way to honor some of her ancestors. You might even consider spelling it exactly like Italy if that's the case, just to avoid confusion.
If she's not Italian, well, I'm not sure about it. I'm Irish and I hate it when people name non-Irish kids Ireland or Erin. I feel that they should be named after their own country if they're going to be named after a country at all.
Of course Italie should have an Italian middle name! How about these?
Andria
Bianca
Carlotta
Donata
Esta
Fiorenza
Mia
Neroli
Prima
Quorra
Rosalia
Sienna
Tessa
Venetia
or look up some more Italian names! They're usually beautiful.
If you or the father ARE Italian and like unique names, I'd suggest Italy Quorra (KWOR-ra) ... it would mean "Italy my heart" or "my heart is in Italy".

I don't like the spelling Italie. I think Italy in itself is a different name--there's no need to spell it different too. Her nickname can still be Lee Lee or Lee if you spell it Italy. I personally think Italy is a beautiful name. So is Italia but if that's not your style then that's fine too. How about:
Italy Mariah
Italy Isabel
Italy Danielle
Italy Kathryn
Italy Olivia
Italy Nicole

Italie is Italy in French.
By the way some of the names that they gave you are not italian:
Andria, Esta, Mia, Neroli, Quorra, Sienna, Tessa and Venetia are NOT italian names!

Sounds like you're a soccer fan. I don't much care for naming kids after states, cities, or countries.
