Teens asking librarians to do their homework assignments for them. "I need to do a paper on an allusion in literature, can you think of one for me?" Teens writing on the tables. Teens talking and sassing back when asked to hold it down. Teens stealing the mouse track balls for no reason other than to be jerks. Empty food wrappers shoved in books or tossed on the floor. Teens who don't have a clue how to use the dewey decimal system.
One good kid out of 100 who amazes me with their intelligence and courtesy.

I think of preasure, interest, disinterest, heart racing things teens do in the library. Talk, laughter, leters, love, hate, intelligence, killing time, imgination. There are many things that come to mind. You see them depending with which eyes you see trough.

Homework is the first thing that comes to mind. After that, reading paperbacks, such as novels, sci-fi, mysteries, etc.
