and also without putting white nail polish on them,what are some things at home i can use?

Cheapest option of all put some lemon juice in a dish with a little warm water and place finger tips in. Removes discolouration and stains but don't forget to moisturise your hands properly afterwards as lemon can be very drying to the skin ok .

Sally Hansen has a nail whitening pencil (it looks like an eye liner pencil). All you do is wash your hands; while your nails are still a little damp, mark the pencil beneath your nails. It doesn't last long (it's gone after a couple of hand washings) but it gives the clean effect you may be looking for.

they sell a white pencil that you can put under the tips of your nails but of course it will come off when you wash your hands so just use it before you go out or something.

There is a kit you can buy at RiteAid, Walgreens, KMart, Target,
just about any place. Just follow the directions on the box.
Just a tip though, it is tedious. Make sure you don't have any lotion or anything like that on your hands...it makes it hard to apply the white.

Go to SALLY beauty supply. There are pencils, oils, all kinds of neat stuff to use. They are professionals so just ask them. Also you can buy french manicure polishes at local dept. stores and do them yourself. That's what I do.
