I did this experiment. I didnt notice nothing.

There shouldn't be anything happening. Ni+2, Cl-1, C2H3O2-1 (acetate ion), and Na+1 are all compatible in solution without anything precipitating, gases coming off, or anything getting oxidized or reduced..
