This is my standard answer......... go get a book called Taking Charge of your fertility by Toni Weschler
This book will help you with all of your menstrual and conception questions. It’s for all women - not just women trying to conceive. It covers everything from temperature to mucus checking, etc.. It will help you understand your body and all the myths about it. It will help you time when you are ovulating and the best times to conceive – or not! It tells you how to figure out your cycle and what to expect. My husband and I tried for a year to conceive and nothing happened. The first month I used the book we conceived right away. Now I am due Feb 2. It's about knowing your body and knowing when you are fertile or not. You can pick and choose what you do with your info. Good luck and don't listen the all the myths!

OK 1st stop trying to get pregnant and just relax and have fun. Sometimes being so pressed to get pregnant you are actually making it harder.

When we got the OK from my OB/GYN to start trying to get pregnant she told me to have sex every 7th to 9th day after the last day of my period. We were pregnant in less than 2 months. Doggy style does help because when he ejaculates & you have an orgasim you cervix has to dip down into the pool of semen and it actually "drinks" or pulls more of it in. Also afterwards don't get up right away, lay on your back and raise your feet or even put them up on the wall. This helps to keep the semn from running out.

Also try not to have sex more than 3 times a week. Your man needs a few days in between to replenish his little swimmers. Tell him no masterbating either...But most of all relax and enjoy some great sex, because once you have kids it's harder to find the time to relax and enjoy anything especially sex...

Good luck & Enjoy....

Pray!

I have been trying for 6 years to have another baby and nothing has happened...YET!

I am sure you will get numerous answers telling you positions, times of day, pills to take, books to read etc. But truly at the end of the day, when it is time, it will happen! I believe that with all my heart.

So, you pray for me and I will pray for you and hopefully we will have some babies around here SOON! : )

I heard that starting birth control and coming off of it can increase fertility. I got pregnant just a few weeks after being off birth control.
