i have some coins and they have papers but the face value is 20.00 in libreia what would a pawn shop give me they are .999 silver would i get something out of them because i need cash fast so where would be the place to do it

NOT a pawnshop, based on patterns in america, you'd prolly get $3.50 for them. pawnshops are good for buying, but not for selling

go on ebay or sell them at a garage sale

Hit up your phone book for coin shops. Some of those TV bought coins have risen in value in the numismatic arena. Some of them have some collection interest. BUT just based on the fact that they are almost pure silver, and the long term rise in gold, silver and copper, the coin shop would buy the coin on the silver value alone.
