Run a good anti-spyware program (I suggest at least two reputable programs, actually); also run a scan with your antivirus program. Be sure, also, to go to Start>Control Panel and go to the Add/Remove Programs icon. When you click on it and it has populated the list of programs that are presently on your computer, go down the list to check for programs that should not be on your computer, and delete them. Last but not least, password your computer so the jerk can't use it again!

ok first thing u should do is erase all your cookies on ur comp by going to start then accessories then system tools then disk cleanup then after that go to disk defrag its in the same place this will speed your comp up and also erase ur history on ur internet and also check if u have viruses and spy and adware wit a program that does it then if it still runs slow buy memory for ur computer because that will make ur comp really fast its all bout the memory and make sure u do the 2 things i said first atleast once a week for the disk clean up and and once every 2-3 weeks for the defrag

You need to scan your system for spyware and viruses. You should run you Anti-Virus program and then get an anti-spyware program. Run that as well and then tell your brother-in-law to stay off your PC.

You can install NetDog Porn Filter , it will block all porn sites quitely in the background when anyone's on the internet.

you need to install an antivirus program , sure there is some viruses ( or alot ) or warms , the warm copy it self again and again for hundred of times that's what make your computer slow ...

Go to internet explorer> tools> internet options. and then erase files, cookies and clear history, then get Ad aware and run it in your pc.

first do a viro scan on ur computer, he probebly picked a few up from that kind of webs, then after that restart ur computer, if it dosent work then kick his ***
