I'm 20, 5'6, weight about 130 lbs

I'm lean, a little chubby but not fat. When I take off my shirt, theres no six pack unless I suck it in but even then, its rarely noticeable. I'm not fat, i'm skinny just my stomach sticks out when I'm not wearnig a shirt. I want to be able to go to a beach and have people check me out. What Could I do to build up a little bit especially in the abdominal area?

Hi, you could try some abdominal exercises, since that seems to be the area of discussion. Make sure your diet is healthy and that you are giving your body what it needs. How much exercise do you do? How much water do you drink? Water helps to flush out impurities in the body.

sit-ups really help if you can do them every day like 3 sets of 20 everyday then you might have a six back in like 2 months.

hydroxicut, a lot of water, eat extremely healthy, and work out regularly!

there's a lot of hips and twisting

If you are a beer drinker:

Switch to "Light" Beer...worked for me!
