I'm 20, 5'6, weight about 130 lbs
I'm lean, a little chubby but not fat. When I take off my shirt, theres no six pack unless I suck it in but even then, its rarely noticeable. I'm not fat, i'm skinny just my stomach sticks out when I'm not wearnig a shirt. I want to be able to go to a beach and have people check me out. What Could I do to build up a little bit especially in the abdominal area?
