Please sit on the floor stretching both of your legs. Take one teaspoon of mustard oil and boil it the lukewarm stage. Add a pinch of camphor (kapur) and a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi). Mix them all for 2 minutes with the your ring finger. Massge this mixture on the injured leg right from thighs till the foot including the fingers. Use the right hand palm for massaging. The massaging should be done for 5 minutes. Let it soak for 10 minutes. Again repeat the massage for 5 minutes. After 30 minutes the pain will ease.
When the pain eases bend towards the legs from waist down slowly. Do it 2 times. Take rest for 5 minutes and repeat this exercise for 5 minutes. Now the injured nerves would calm down and you can make an effort to walk with some support initially and later on freely.

Stay of your foot. Raise your leg on some pillows so it will be above your heart. That will stop the Pain. Then have someone get you some pain relievers like Tylenol, Aleeve or whatever you generally take for Pain. I would think that it will hurt for a few days. If you feel that there may be some more serious damage, go and have it X-ray-ed at the Hospital

continue to ice it. prop it up above heart level, it's probably paining because your blood vessels in your heel are pumping blood to the bruised portion of your heel at a high rate. if you elevate it, the throbbing will go away or should. give it a day or even to, and if it's not better, you may be chipped or fractured something, so i would go and see a doctor. also i have horrible feet and ankles so what i usually do is wrap them up in an ace bandage. this really minimizes throbbing.

put some healing cream and massage it into your heel to make it smoother. and good u kept ice on it. I think you can be a great doctor some day.!!! i will definately meet u and come to ur clinic

a vry simple indian home remedy 4 u is 2 drink a small cup of hot milk wit atlst 2pinch of turmeric powder(haldi) in it. it wil heel ur injurious

It may be time to apply heat. Application of cold immediately after an injury is to control swelling. Application of heat thereafter is to promote healing.

Get an x-ray, if it is broken a Dr. can get you a special boot/shoe to make walking more comfortable.

I've done that and you have probley badly bruised it and not alot you can do. just prop it up for awhile. and keep ice on it, that should help.
