Erm, no. I suppose you could get an all over body tattoo tho, of a tan colour, it would take about 7 years to do tho i'm sure

I wouldn't bother, it looks like they're going out of fashion now anyway. All the stars are loosing theirs in favour of the pale skinned English Rose look!

Skin replaces itself every two weeks so any chemical tan you use will only be temporary
