Almost every day. I work for a friend & the account likes to see the deductions. The more deductions the happier the accountant. But the accountant get's paid waaaaaaaaaaaay too much money in my opinion for only popping in the numbers into a Quicken like program from my computer reports. I think I'm in the wrong business.

Almost never, and I OWN the company. It isn't that I'm cheap, it is the IRS that makes meal deductions and accounting difficult.
