No ,they are in the kingdom animalia.So like other worms they possess no cell walls. they only have cuticles to protect them from being digested in the gut.

if taenia is a type of plant or algae then it has a cell wall.

They have cell membranes, as do other animals, but not cell walls, which are a feature of plants.
