It is considered what they call "Metro Sexual" to do these things, but not enough to be considered "homosexual", which is of course the sexual attraction towards people of the same sex.
In today's day and age, it has become quite acceptable to be "Metro Sexual", i.e. being a male who takes more than average good care of his outer look / apperance.
