yes, if you don't taste your food how would you know if what you are serving is any good. I don't want to serve anything that taste nasty or that has no taste.

Yes! Wouldn't it be bad if you didn't and you mixed up the sugar and salt, and you didn't taste-test to even find out?! :)

Yes I do. I only use a recipe as a guideline and tend to add or omit things according to my family`s preferences.

It's one of my biggest flaws while cooking...

I keep adding spices and liquids and all kinds of things until all i have is this big mess.
