when i return home and use the MSN live messenger, i found that I am not able to send to them any messages, I cannot know their status, the MSN tells me that the person is not in my contact list, and tells me to (click here) to add him, i click on the icon but nothing happens...

any help plz??? btw, i use a yahoo email address, i don't know if that will make a difference or not...

This sounds like an issue very specific to Live Messenger and I'd recommend contacting Microsoft for help or visiting their online forums to see what other users of that software can come up with. You should be able to find some direction in the Help menu of the program.

The MSN Messenger at your work is running on your work's network. Since your home computer is not connected to your work's network, there is no way to see the people on your MSN Messenger at your work. The MSN Messenger your work uses only is only for contacting people at work and nobody on the outside can see them.
