In case you have a plague like a bloodless then you definitely shouldn't take any antibiotics as they will not aid you get any better. I had a horrible sinus cold on the opening of my being pregnant and was once no longer capable to take some thing except tylenol for the headache. Get plenty of rest, fluids and turn on the humidifier to support your sinus's. Do not take any cold remedy without talking to a health practitioner. It comes with the territory, you get knocked up you might be unable to self medicate anymore!

That's something you should verify with your OB. They may be able to perscribe you a similar antibiotic that won't affect the baby. Definately ask before taking anything though.

Do not take any medicines before talking to your doctor. Your antibiotics might harm the child and your doctor might be able to replace them with something safe.

Talk to your doctor - there are lots of safe antibiotics to take during pregnancy, so even if the one you're taking isn't safe, they may be able to prescribe a different one!
