A little backgroung on myself. I am a 30 year old male, weighing in at about 310 Lbs. Blood pressure is normal, no signs of diabetes. Cholestorol count is nominal. I have had shortness of breath of the past couple of days and it's freaking me out. Also, sometimes I get a sharp pain in my diaphgram area and my eyes hurt when open for a long time. I have been to several doctors within my PPO, but they have not found anything. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How are your lungs doing? Sometimes shortness of breath can present itself when the lungs are either weak or being compressed. Did you have an injury in the past? How much exercise do you do? Do the exercises include cardio work outs? Cardio exercises are good to strengthen a person's cardiovascular health.

310 pounds!! Depending on how tall you are, that sounds to me like morbid obesity. That alone can make you short of breath. Your lungs are required to provide oxygen for a massive amount of tissue, including body fat. Suggest you lose about 100 pounds and I'll wager your shortness of breath goes away.
