Over the past couple of days one of my newts has ballooned up to almost twice his size and looks quite disfigured. Does anyone know what is wrong with him or what I can do to help make it better?

It could be what your feeding him. Ring you local vet just to be on the safe side.

May be his diet, or a possible blockage, his collar isn't tight is it? Speak to a vet and take him in.

have you tried to take him to the vet? the vet may know what is wrong and may be able to help you out.
