It's easy. Very near the île de la Cité and Notre Dame, to the right bank of the Seine, just by the Forum des Halles. Ask anyone and you'll be there in no time. Several metro stations nearby too. Oh, and it's not around Paris - it's right in the heart of Paris.

The closest metro station is Rambuteau (2 min walk), but Chatelet-Les Halles and Hôtel de ville are also nearby.
