this is the definition of a strong acid.

It ionizes completely in water rather than entering into an equilibrium as a weak acid would do.

concentrated acid doesn't mean it is strong, you can still have a weak acid highly concentrated.

all acids makes the acid-base indicators change colors, while strong ones change it all weak ones change it a little.

all acids ionizes in water but strong ones ionizes better than the weak ones.

all acids causes metals to corrode but again strong ones make it quicker while weak ones can make it in really long time (especially weak organic acids)
