evidence: can and will be formulated to support what ever you want..... but the more the world changes the more it remains the same...... we have never gotten this:OPEN & HONEST STUFF because the war powers act let the whole thing go to hell and they get their hands in all the cookie jars when peace is at stake, so you aren't ever going to get to there from here.... got it
