I think all of the west could and should have done more to to resolve this problem

No way should Britain take the blame for the Palestinian situation. We go on about Israel and the Palestinians,but it is the Palestinians who are at fault. If they left Israel alone, Israel would leave them alone. Israel has made concession towards the peace process,but the Palestinians refuse to recognise the state of Israel. Israel is only defending its citizens as is her right. The Palestinians are a bunch of terrorists who expect the world to keep bankrolling them, whilst Israel has earned her wealth by turning the desert land she was given into a productive land.The Palestinians are jealous of this.

No, we can blame the U.S. government for supporting israel with tanks,jets,bombs,weapons of mass destruction that are helping israel destroy Palestine and kill it's people by using high tech weapons.Israel has also stolen top secrets from the U.S as well.
