Whew...something I'm an expert at.
There are products that work. I myself have a terrible pit-under-eye problem, or at least I did. All products that I suggest are from Mary Kay...
First, to help in the long run you want to use the firming eye crème. It firms up the skin around the eye but it also lightens the color of the circles and provides luminescence. You see some change immediately, but it is the long-term benefits that are really impressive. To cover up the circles, you would want to use a concealer under your foundation, put on foundation, and the use the Facial Highlighting Pen. It has special light reflecting pigments that optically lift the shadowy area.
No one ever believes I had under eye pits. I don't even need the makeup cover up techniques anymore after using the firming eye crème either. For more info visit the website below and you can actually call me with any questions, my number is on it.

Dark circles may be caused by lack of sleep, sickness, or allergies. So, get more sleep if you are tired, see a doc if you are sick, or take meds if you have alleriges.
To make your dark circles shrink, rest for 30 min with something cool over each eye, like a cucumber slice or the back of a chilled spoon. If you wear makeup, it is best to use a concealer that is slightly lighter than your skintone and slightly yellowish in color.

I have pale skin, and I've tried every product you can think of to get rid of my dark circles, and none of them worked. Sleep also isn't that big of a factor if your skin is pale. Concealer works though!

I have read that under your eyes is the most sensitive spot on your face. So you should never rub your eyes and when taking off mascura you should always use makeup remover so your not scrubing it off. If the dark circles arent under your eyes you should see your dermatologist.

I have the worst dark circles-the hereditary kind. The best concealer I have found to cover them is YSL Le Touche Eclat. It isn't cakey and it covers really well.
Hope you find what works the best for you!
