Can I set up menus with DVD recorders?

I want to be able to record a tv show on a dvd and make each episode a different menu. Can I do that?

I mean add a different chapter slot for it

It depends on your recorders capability and the type of DVD you are using (DVD-RW versus DVD-R, etc.). You need to check your manual for this information, but if you are recording the episodes on consecutive weeks or days, it should title them automatically. If you are doing a marathon in one day, you may need to separate them by hand, which you can do, I believe, with RW but may not be able to do with R.
