No. Viagra for men works because an erection is physical in nature. A lot of what turns on a woman is chemical changes in her brain. It takes an emotional connection. While they're working on a pill or fix, scientists have been unable to replicate this emotion or feeling in women partly because it seems to be unique to each woman.

Erectile dysfunction is not a problem women need to personally contend with - so no there is no female equivalent. There have been some meds developed to stimulate a womans' libido -but by and large these are not fda approved.
