While I'm online on the bottom right corner of the screen I get a system malware alert but when I click it

A advertisement for buying software shows up. It also creates a balloon thats very annoying. Even if I close it it comes back, and now I have 2 !!!!! (A blue question mark that changes into the Ghost Buster symbol!! Help Me !!!!!!!!!

That is spyware itself! Do NOT buy that software...it's a scam! Here is a tutorial to remove stuff like this:

yep its malware download a good antispyware update it and your antivirus and run them in safe mode
