Adding another person into your life isn't going to make you whole and complete. A woman should enrich your life not complete it. You have to look within yourself and get to really like the person you are so you can be at peace with yourself. If you have qualities or faults that you don't like, change them. If you have things that you have wanted to accomplish that you have not, accomplish them. Start looking at the positive side of situations and life and you will be amazed how much your life will turn around and how whole & complete you will feel. Good Luck!!

That is a hard question, because women go through the same thing, but do not usually ask it aloud. A lot of people just date to have somebody around and not be lonely. A lot of relationships are formed for the wrong reasons. Usually this questioning happens after a loss or divorce, because you once knew what happiness was like being with someone. I believe it is better to be single than with the wrong person.
I would look inside yourself, do some Stuart Smalley talk (you know from SNL a long time ago...) like, "You're smart, good-looking, and doggone it, have a great personality" or something similar that you really believe. Walk around with an air of confidence from your accomplishments or things that went well for you. Find ways to make a difference in people's lives, whether male or female. Set yourself up financially and emotionally to have a woman in your life, and family. Don't overlook great possibilities and opportunities. And sure don't go to sappy love story movies or focus on couples. Find a sport or hobby and thrust your energy into that. Say I'm dating my rollerblades right now, thank you.

you can never be whole without a woman. Women rock and no man can be complete because we account for the 3/4 of the man being full.

first of all change your yahoo ID - "sad & single" - sorry, but that is pathetic - sometimes the power of positive thinking can work wonders - how about trying "happy & free"- there is no way you are meeting a woman with that sorry as*s attitude - get busy doing what you like to do with people that you like to be with, male or female, act happy, be happy, smile- don't focus on your singleness - focus on being alive and being a fun person that people want to be with.

You have to take advantage of your liberty.
Make a list of stuff you would like to do and then set about achieving it. And leave the women alone for a few months.

First you have to ask yourself what it means to have a woman in your life. Then subtract that and see what it's like and if you can manage it.
