Being seriously stressed at work is not only your problem... it's your employers problem too.
First, learn some relaxation techniques like deep breathing, stretching, and/or yoga to help you unwind during the day and at home.
Second, List on a piece of paper ALL OF THINGS that you are responsible for in your job. No matter what type of job you have, this is very important.
Third, look at that list realistically and decide what is high priority to your company/co-workers, what is low priority, what causes you the most stress, what needs the quickest turn around time, etc. ... then...
Fourth, go talk to your boss. Tell her/him that you have X number of responsibilities on your plate (show him/her list) and that you want to do them all in a professional manner, not make mistakes and keep your co-workers happy but you're finding that there is just not enough hours in the day, you're beginning to feel very stressed and you don't want your productivity to decline. So, you have some suggestions - they can decide which is best for the department.
1. Hire someone new to assist you with your workload.
2. Have another team member assist you with work until things slow down a bit.
3. Tell your boss to tell others what the 'realistic' turn around time is for your job (ie, if you write proposals, then they have to give you 2 weeks notice instead of 2 days so that you can work on these things with enough notice/time.) Your boss should be in charge of setting these limits, not you!
4. Have some training classes, taught by outside consultants, on how to decrease stress in the workplace. These classes are great. I've been to one!
5. Tell him/her that while you think you're productive, a time management course might also benefit you.
6. Take some responsibilities off your plate and give them to someone else.
7. Find a new job! One that's less stressful!
Good luck!

Here is a record of functional matters a million. Get lively undertaking on a daily basis two. No alcohol in any respect (yeah, I recognize you are 14) three. No espresso/tea/cola/chocolate on account that they've caffeine four. Write down a record of your disorders and answers for them. five. Self aid books, corresponding to The New Mood Therapy 6. Relaxation tactics, corresponding to meditation 7. Best could be to have cognitive behaviour healing (CBT) eight. Medications and natural stuff (natural nonsence) are matters you will have to avert. Anxiety may be very treatable. If you don't deal with it, it's depressing, has a tendency to persist and will quit you doing as good as you desire to. P.S. You do not actually have prime blood strain.

I always take a break from work for like fifteen or twenty minutes and do some Internet shopping because shopping always calms the nerves...Also try taking periodic breaks away from your desk so that you get alone time without people coming to you and interrupting you rest time....Hope this helps
