First, you have to consider font issues. If you have the same fonts as the Dell has, you can save it as an .ai (adobe illustrator) document. Or as an .eps file. If the fonts are not available on the Dell, do a select all, got to type "convert to curves". Also, check the version of the Illustrator application on the PC Dell. Adobe has the abilty to save back as previous versions (i.e. Illustrator CS, 10, 9.0 or 8.0. If you convert type to curves, the font issue wont apply, but you won't easily be able to edit the text copy. If you don't have an Illustrator application on the Dell, save the document as a .eps file and make sure you check "include fonts" in the dialog box. You should also check your preview as "8bit tiff" so you have something to look at on the Dell. You can then place the illustrator artwork (.eps file) in your page layout program on the Dell. Hope this helps...

If the Mac and PC are part of a network, enable File Sharing. If not, use the Finder to burn the document onto a cd. If I'm understanding "Burning a CD or DVD" in Finders > Mac Help correctly, Windows will read it.

Email it to yourself and open the email on the Dell, download the attachment and open it.
