If you have the cash I'd go with the PS3, it looks like blu-ray is going to win out over hd-dvd, so the xbox hd dvd add on might become obsolete very quickly. Unless you want neither, than go with the 360

i have an xbox 360 and its great and iam 100 percent satisfied with it. the ps3 is just too expensive. its gotten some harsh reviews, people are saying that is doesnt provide the wow factor that an 800 dollar console should. if you ask me the ps3 is an xbox 360 with a blu ray player. btw microsoft is releasing an hd-dvd add on to your xbox 360 for like 99 bucks...

If you can't make up your mind on your own then wait. Or you can check out magazine articles or go to gaming sites to see the differences of each. But you still won't know the true facts of the ps3 until it's release date and someone has one in there house and there playing on one.
I'm still sticking to my 360 on this one though, it's a better price and the game choice appeals to me more. I'm also addicted to xbox live which playstation doesn't have, they have an online one but it's shitty in my opinion when I tried it out compared to xbox's. The whole blu-ray thing is a rip-off, it's a low grade cheap dvd player put it in the ps3 so your all getting **** on when you buy it for $600. Sony was stupid for doing that in my eyes, it just bumps up the price for no damn reason when you could go out and buy your own and better dvd player.

PS3 is probably a lot more expensive, but with blu-ray and things, the console and the games are going to be really good. I heard the graphics on the PS3 are going to be awsome.
But it also depends on your likings of the controllers as well.

in case you a on line participant than visit the 360 for the super on line connection yet you should pay. For ps3 its loose yet little bit crappier and it has blue ray. So there concerning a similar. I performed halo attain beta and god of conflict 3 there the two amazing video games. yet one flaw they the two have is they dont have a similar recreation on each and each console

well atm it is the 360, but when the ps3 comes out , the sony rule will takeover ps3 is like 10 x more powerful in everyway to the 360 so when ps3 comes out 360,Wii gonna have to pull summet good out to compete
