I get a question from my teacher that I should answer it. the question is :
Texas Congressman Maury Maverick coined a word to designate complex language that is hard to understand ( such as the language often used in legal documents and government directives). One example of this type of language is the term “tension-supported frame structure” to refer to a tent, or “vertical personnel distributor” for elevator. Maverick’s term for such language is .............. (It might not be a pure neologism, since part of the word resembles a preexisting word, the sound made by a turkey.)
That's the question, and my teacher gave me hint. the hint is the answer is 12 characters/letters.
