Well the baby has to go outside in order to go home right. Of course the baby can go outside. Just dress him appropriately for the weather!!

Yes, the baby can, but bundle up the baby as you would anyone else, like a small child. Not everyone has a car and once upon a time, people lived out of doors. Be careful, take care ya know and have fun. My 4 week old LOVES to be outside and would spend every waking moment staring at the sky if I'd let her. ;-D

Yes! It is an old wives tale that you and the baby must remain inside, getting cabin fever and going crazy for like 6 weeks. Babies need some fresh air, and will probably sleep better for it.

Of course-- just make sure you dress the baby accordingly.
If it's too hot or too cold, then you would be better off leaving the baby inside-- use your judgement.
You and the baby both need fresh air:)

the going rule, always put one layer of clothing more than what you are wearing yourself. Both of my boys enjoyed their outside outings. Go ahead and take that baby out for the fresh air.

It depends on the weather, it depends on length of time, it depends on common sense. It it is 70s outside, no rain, no direct hot sunlight, not alot of people to germinate the new one and a light layer of clothes/blankets....your baby will be as safe indoors as outdoors. The only thing you need to consider in your decision is exposure (to elements, to other peoples germs, etc.).

of course! the general rule is that you dress a baby one layer more than how you feel you need to dress yourself. so if you are wearing a long sleeve shirt, then put baby in long sleeves and a jacket or bunting or whatever.
parenting can be scary, esp when you don't know, so good luck, and have fun.

How would they get home from the hospital if they didnt? Just make sure you bundle them up if it's cold outside.

They could go outside but I would recommend you don't take him outside because he or she is too small and they are very vulnerable to getting sick and could even be hospitalized.
