I guess it depends on the age of the male. If it is a toddler in training, they make these new "cool touch" pull ups that turn cold the minute liquid touches them, thus indicating for the child to run to the toilet.

Older children/adults have found success using monitors and alarms (mostly for night wetting).

Medication is also an option, but must be discussed with your primary car provider first.

Older adults use depends, but that is when they have medical problems.

Urinating often or "leaking" are both signs of urinary problems, so you may want to talk to the doc!

Well "unirating" is the process of rating something by both sexes. I don't see why a male can't rate himself.
