ive been really stressed out lately. all of the sudden i got a really bad stomach pain and it was pretty sharp. also, i felt nauseous and dizzy. i don't know what this was! my stomach hurt mostly in the lower part of it and it didn't go away for about 5 hours. after i just sat down for maybe 3 hours, it finally went away. what could this have been?

I believe you already know the culprit. Stress can do some weird sometimes inexplicable, things to our bodies. Our stomach and bowels are not immune to this. It can produce painful flactuance and cramping among other symptoms. Next time try laying on your belly (if able to do so) or rubbing stomach area in a circular motion, if the pain nasuea and dizzyness persist, tell your doctor right away. Of course do what ever it takes to reduce your stress level. Eat a healthy diet, drink enough water, get enough sleep and exercise. If you are able to, go get a relaxation massage, many spa's offer delightful essential oils, and this treatment can be so beneficial to the mind and body. Take care of yourself, GOOD LUCK.

It could be anything. Could you be pregnant? Appendix? Gas? Have you been exercising lately---doing situps? Having rough and hard sex? The best thing for you to do is watch it and if it happens again...go to the doctor. It could be something minor like gas or something more serious like a rupture of some sort. You never know ok. Be well. And you're welcome

if you're stressed, chances are it's nothing... the same thing happened to me this morning, a week ago, last year- write down what happened, and if it happens again talk to your doctor. For me, it was just stress, and it happens every time I get stressed out, but if it happens too much, it could be something else. Try to relax and see what that does for you!

hope you feel better!

I had the identical hindrance final night time.I suppose it used to be considering the fact that I binged correct out after my first day of fasting. But I DID get by way of it and it used to be no longer particularly so difficult.Maybe you ate a little bit tooooo a lot after fasting too. The the very first thing my mom regularly stated to me each time I complained of a sore belly used to be"Have you been to the t.....?" Have you? By the best way the fairway tea is a lifesaver!

Go to the doctor. Your pain could be something as benign as menstrual cramps to something as serious as your appendix

i had that once and just dont worry about it and write down what happened when it occured and everything, that way, if it happens again you can take it to the doc and tell them. mine turned out to be endometriosis, and it hurts 24 7 for me, even as i type this.
goodluck
