I don't mean lingiere type corsets, actual clothing corsets. Not corset shirt, boned, rigid, tightlacing corsets. Everything decent is over $100 or made in the UK, making the currency change even more expensive. Any suggestions?

There's a reason everything decent is over $100...there's a lot of work that goes into a good corset. A decent price for a good corset is between $150 and $200. Any less and it's a mass produced piece of junk that you're saying you don't want.
Here is one of the best bang-for-the-buck corseiers out there:

There are a number of other ones out there, but you do indeed get what you pay for.

Fredrick's of Holly wood has a great selection, not too pricy as far as corsets are concerned. Though if you want one that's more pretty than functional, go to Hot Topic. Cheers!
