define billingual, every state says you have to be a certain percentage to work in certain area's, and I know some languages does that make me billingual?

I wasn't but now I'm learning Spanish and Polish for my job. I work in healthcare so it's needed. I also want to try Italian cause it's my background.

um yeah...but i think its not bilingual...i think its hexaligual lol....i can speak english, mandarin, tagalog, a little of spanish and bicol(naga) and bicol (albay)
