I have discovered a way to compress and encrypt any information or communications packet from any size into a 2 bits.

What you say is correct. I dont need more than a 2 bit word to represent anything. To give more information would give out the function of how i accomplish this technique.

Then I would say I would pay nothing unless I know it works.

So according to you, I could take any sort of information, say Time Magazine or a photo of a flower or my grocery list and encrypt and compress it down to 2 bits? A "bit" being a 0 or 1.

So no matter what the info, it will compress down into either:

00
01
11
11

You'll have a lot of proving to do.

I would pay nothing because it isn't possible. 2 bit can only represent 4 different "messages", no matter how you do it.
