About once a month, every month, until they get too old.
A few things can change this though. Female mollies can store sperm for long periods of time, so she may not get pregnant as soon as they mate. If your aquarium is overcrowded, or if there are high ammonia or nitrites, she may not give birth until these things are remedied.
If you are trying to breed, put some java moss or other plants (real or fake) in the aquarium for the babies to hide in. The parents will eat the babies, but even if you left them in the aquarium, you should still end up with a few babies left. If you remove them to a seperate aquarium, you can feed them powdered flake food (put some flake food in a sandwich bag and crush it into a fine powder, then wet the end of a toothpick, stick it in the flake food, and then into the aquarium). Molly fry are not small enough to need special fry food. I don't recommend putting her in a breeding net, because that could stress her into giving birth early to underformed or stillborn fry. But, if you want to encourage her, you can put some aquarium salt in her water, she'll love it.
