My husband and I are trying to conceive. My cycle is due until around the 16th but on Sat I woke up with a couple of spots in my underwear. I put on a tampon and when I took it out it was the color of the end of your cycle brownish. No bleeding the rest of Sat or Sunday. What's going on? Help!

Could be implantation bleeding. Are you experiencing any early pregnancy symptoms, such as being tired, nausea, heightened sense of smell, sore breasts or nipples? If not, watch for them this week. I wouldn't test until a day or two after your expected period because testing too early can result in a false negative response. Also, you might want to buy the 2 pack test in case you do test and get a negative response, you can retest a few days later.

My cycles are about 28-29 days. Both times I was pregnant, I didn't test until day 32 and only got a very faint line. However, any positive line - even a faint one, is still a positive line.

I wish you all the best. Sounds like you could be pregnant.

Sometimes you spot a little when the fertilized egg is implanting into the the uterus. You could be pregnant. I do spot a couple of days earlier than my period is due to start though.

It could be implantation bleeding, when the fertilized egg implants into the uterus there is sometimes a bit of blood, so maybe take a test soon and see.

Could be implantation bleeding. Sometimes that can happen about a week before you are due.

I agree with the other two. Could be implantation bleeding. Could also be small spotting if you had rough intercourse or something like that.
